Welcome to Smith Mediation Center! By purchasing and using any of our online mediation service packages, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Our services include self-guided mediation packets, and live online mediation sessions. These services are not legal advice and do not establish an attorney-client relationship.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By purchasing a mediation packet or service, you confirm that all parties involved consent to participate in the mediation process.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of digital products and scheduled services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Scheduling & Communication

Consultation and mediation sessions must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice to you.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all mediation sessions. However, we cannot guarantee confidentiality if information is shared outside the scope of our services or via insecure channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services aim to facilitate resolution but do not guarantee an outcome. We are not responsible for decisions made by parties or the enforceability of agreements outside the mediation setting.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
